"Chicken with Lima Beans"
| Ingredients | | | 1 | each | chicken, whole, cut up | | | 1 | | salt | | | 1 | | pepper | | | 1 | tablespoon | oil | | | 2 | each | potatoes, cubed | | | 1 | each | beans, lima, frozen, thawed | | | 1 | cup | broth, chicken | | | 1/4 | teaspoon | thyme | | | | | |
Directions:
| Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Fry chicken on both sides until brown. Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
